Making up some yummy GF CF Chocolate Cupcakes! Going to decorate with an easy powdered sugar icing. Will let boys do the decorating with icing and "scary" gummies.  Two out of three boys are home from school....waiting on the third call now. Hopefully they are all just a wee bit tired and will be back to their energy filled selves soon. Have a great weekend everyone!

Our bakers have come up with the most amazing GF CF Pumpkin Bread. It will be available in individual mini loaves, aka, Tea Cakes. They are going to be named after one of my best friends, Paige. Going to make today a great one! One of my kiddos has a birthday party to attend. He's pretty nervous, but I'll stay with him the whole time ;-). Tonight, for Family Fun Night, we're going to play Wii Just Dance 2. The boys (finally) are getting into it!! I'm not too big on games involving superheroes,  but dancing is definitely up my alley!!  My hubby is starting up a Pepper plant garden....in our BATHROOM....so this should be interesting ;-) More power to him...a good, calming hobby...his hot sauces are pretty darn good (in moderation) otherwise your tongue falls off :-p  Have a great weekend!

Before school today, I told my three boys, ages 9 and twins age 7 1/2, if they did their work at school, then we could make cupcakes when they got home. I whipped up some Homemade Gluten Free  Vanilla Sugar Cupcakes. Success!
